CNC Machining
Our small team of talented CNC engineers, Design, mill and turn parts in ferrous and non ferrous metal, plastic and composites such as G10 and carbon fibre.
Whether its a custom tool Jig or fixture, replacement part, or something entirely new we can design and manufacture for one off pieces or short runs from a sketch, scan or even just and idea. We pride ourseves in providing solutions to complex problems. If we cant make it on site we are always happy to create the drawings for you and manage the communictions with a 3rd party machinist of fabricator. Our workshops regularly handle complex design work and manufacture in a wide range of materials.
Design for manufacture
Using our skills in CAD and design knowlege we help our customers design parts with a view to both functionality and easy of manufacture, parts can be made in house or use our design service for production elsewhere.
