Scan to CAD
Reverse engineering service with on site CNC milling and turning operations to get parts made.
We love keeping old machines in service by reverse engineering worn or brocken parts and remanufacturing hand tools and gauges that can’t be found anymore. We can even turn your 3d printed part into machined metal.
In our Southampton workshops, we have a full CAD suite and a wealth of knowledge and experience in product and part design for manufacture. Whether it’s designed from a sketch or scanned part for reverse engineering, we can help.
On the rare occasion we can’t make it in our own workshops, we have a network of specialists at very competitive rates. We like to keep our machines busy so give us a call and we will be happy to help.

Cross slide component
A part from a 1940’s Lathe, this part couldnt be out of service for more than an hour without costs rising quickly, our Scanner quickly captured it and the part was put back into service in record time. Enabling sufficient time to draw it up in CAD and a replacement to be made with very little machine down time.
